US Capital Global and Ashurst Launch FinTech Legal Labs Competition
Global private financial group partners with global law firm to launch a financing accelerator competition for promising FinTech firms.
LONDON, DECEMBER 2020 – US Capital Global is pleased to announce the launch of the 2021 FinTech Legal Labs Transaction Analysis Competition in partnership with the global law firm Ashurst. The competition, aimed at FinTech firms, is a financing accelerator led by Ashurst’s FinTech Legal Labs, and supported by US Capital Global. The award-winner will receive a grand prize of £50,000 to cover the cost of a regulated capital raise for their business in Europe and the United States by US Capital Global Securities LLC.

FinTech businesses participating in the FinTech Legal Labs competition will be assessed using US Capital Global’s Transaction Analysis (TA), which uses a scoring methodology developed and applied through a nine-year study.
